Dr. Giuseppe Angelo Zito obtained his Master Degree in Biomedical Engineering at "Sapienza" University of Rome (IT), where he graduated with honours. He did his PhD work at the University of Bern in the field of visual perception and non-invasive brain stimulation techniques.

His current research interests are in the field of the sense of agency and its impairment in patients affected by functional neurological disorders. His methods range from behavioural tests, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and neuroimaging.
